Selina "Sally" Garza Tovar

Selina Garza Tovar, affectionately known to many as “Sally” was born on October 2, 1967, to the late Simeon and Elena Garza in Beeville, Texas. She passed away on October 13, 2024, at the age of 57. She spent many years giving back to her community working in specialized health care. Those she leaves behind to cherish her memory is her husband of seventeen years; Jose G. Tovar and one son; Jose G. Tovar II as well as her brother; Simeon Garza Jr., her sister; Irene Garza Ruiz & several nieces and nephews, all of Beeville, Texas. She was proceeded in death by her parents.

The Tovar family invites everyone to join them in honoring the life of Selina “Sally” Tovar”.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 4–8pm, followed by a Rosary at 7pm at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel.

Services will resume the following morning, Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 10am at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery # 2.

Serving as pallbearers are Zeke Ortiz, Raul Aguirre, Richard Aguirre, Mario Garza, Manuel Garnica and Octavio Padilla.
