Rosario Tamez

BEEVILLE – Mrs. Rosario Tamez, 62, of Beeville, passed away on July 28, 2020 in Corpus Christi, Tx. She was born on Nov. 10, 1957 in Laredo, Texas to Francisco and Eudelia (Gonzalez) Martinez. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Eduardo and Roland Martinez.

She is survived by two daughters, Erica L. (Marcelino) Martinez of Beeville and Edna R. (Troy) Elizalde of San Antonio; one son, Ramiro E. (Marissa) Garcia, Jr. of Zapata; four grandchildren, Maribel Martinez, Marcelino Martinez, Jr., Daniel Eduardo Garcia and Andrea Daretzi Garcia; two sisters, Yolanda Chapa of San Marcos and Linda Martinez of Laredo; three brothers, Francisco (Oralia) Martinez, Alejo Martinez and Ricardo (Diana) Martinez all of Laredo.

A memorial funeral mass will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, Aug. 1, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Fr. Richard Gonzales officiating.
