BEEVILLE – Roberto Adan Martinez, 41, of Beeville, passed away on Feb. 9, 2021. He was born on Feb. 1, 1980 in Lansing, Michigan to Jesus A. and Sofia (Cabrera) Martinez. He married Maria Rea on Dec. 18, 2014 in Beeville, Tx. He had worked in the oilfield industry.

     He is preceded in death by his father, Jesus A. Martinez and one brother, Juan Antonio Cabrera.

     He is survived by his spouse, Maria Martinez ; mother, Sofia Cabrera Martinez ; children, Santiago (Clarissa Aguerro) Martinez, Raissa Angelica Martinez, Sandra Michelle Martinez, Estevan Luis Martinez, Josiah Salinas Martinez, Amidy Marie Moreno and Alizen Lynn Moreno; one brother, Jesus Alberto (Noemi Ramon) Martinez; two sisters, Monica Marie (Victor Maldonado) Cabrera and Sandra Michelle (Terence) Spencer; one granddaughter, Karlee Raye Cuevas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

     Visitation will be held from 3-8 pm on Thursday, Feb. 18, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. A rosary will be recited at 7 pm. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Friday, Feb. 19, at Oak Park Memorial Chapel with Deacon Roger Rosenbaum officiating. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2.

     Serving as pallbearers are Jesus Martinez, Jr., Santiago Martinez, Pedro Cabrera, Jr., Victor Hernandez, Terence Spencer, Sr., and Victor Maldonado. Honorary pallbearers are Pedro Cabrera, Sr., Jesus Garza and Jacob Garza.
