BEEVILLE – Ricardo Mancias, 49, of Beeville, died on Sept. 30, 2018. He was born on Sept. 6, 1969 in Alice, Tx to Roman Curiel and Dominga (Bentancourt) Mancias, Jr. He had worked as a painter for most of his life.
He is survived by one daughter, Deborah (Cris Maldonado) Mancias of Beeville; one brother, Claudio “Kay” (Lena) Mancias of Beeville; two sisters, Rebecca Morales of Victoria, Tx and Connie Perez Cortez of Alice, Tx; two granddaughters, Yliana and Camila Maldonado both of Beeville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 3-9pm on Thursday, Oct. 4, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. A rosary will be recited at 7pm. The body of Mr. Mancias will lie in state at 9am on Friday, Oct. 5, at Our Lady of Victory Church. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10am with Fr. Lukose Thirunelliparambil officiating. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2.
Serving as pallbearers are Robert Lee Coronado, Jr., Robert Camareno, Jr.,
Alfredo Rendon, Emiliano Gonzales, Rene Vela, Randy Benavidez, Roland Cantu, David Moreno and Jimmy Benavidez. Honorary pallbearers are Manny Sanchez and Abel Herrera.
