Paula Arciba Gonzales

BEEVILLE – Paula Arciba Gonzales, 75, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024. She was born on June 30, 1948, in Bee County, Texas to Narciso and Sofia (Lopez) Arciba. She was a retired restaurant cook.

     She is preceded in death by her parents, Sofia Arciba and Narciso Arciba, Sr; four sisters, Janie Gutierrez, Elena Aleman, Victoria Garcia, and Catarina Cuellar and three brothers, Mike Arciba, David Arciba and Narciso Arciba, Jr.

     She is survived by seven children, Ameliano “Smiley” (Jessica) Gonzales, Richard (Michelle) Gonzales, Lori (Gilbert) Salazar, Audria (Paul) Moron, Mark (Lucy) Gonzales, Carol (Joel) Barron and John Paul (Sandra) Gonzales; her siblings, Simon Arciba, Adolfo Arciba, Stella Rodriguez, Beatrice Rivera, and Olivia Kelley. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

     A visitation will be held from 11:00am – 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 3, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm with Deacon Roger Rosenbaum officiating. Interment will be held at Beeville Memorial Park Cemetery.

     Serving as pallbearers are Richard Gonzales, Jr, Deven Gonzales, GJ Salazar, Payge Uribe, Derik Gonzales, and Joseph Moron. Honorary pallbearers are Judah Gonzales and Joel (J J) Barron.
