Orlando Palacios

Orlando Palacios, 42, of Three Rivers, passed away on July 25, 2024. He was born in Beeville, Texas on August 31, 1981, to Maximiliano “Max” and Eva (Sanchez) Palacios. He was a 2000 graduate of Three Rivers High School and worked as a gauger for Polk Production.

He was preceded in death by his father, Maximiliano “Max” Palacios.

He is survived by one son, Devn Max Palacios; mother, Eva Sanchez Palacios; his partner, Tanya Gail Zavisch; stepchildren, Gaige Kuehlem and Ryleigh Kuehlem; one brother, Leonard (Sylvia) Palacios; his sister, Sonia Palacios (Nathaniel Stewart); nephew, Josiah Palacios and his niece, Kimberlee Ashley.

A visitation will be held at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, July 30, at St. George Catholic Church in George West, Texas.   A rosary will be recited at 6 pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 9 am on Wednesday, July 31, with Fr. Romeo Salinas as Celebrant. Interment will follow at the Three Rivers Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Daryl Huebotter, Ronnie Lane, Matt Lansford, Chris Palacios, Gaige Kuehlem, Richard Quintanilla, Alex Valdez, Ervey Clark, Billy Jack Herring and Ryan Royal.

Honorary pallbearers are Devn Max Palacios, Josiah Palacios, Kimberlee Ashley, Alfredo Diaz, Ray Palacios and Rosendo Moya.
