Mrs. Irene A. Ruiz Obituary

BEEVILLE – Mrs. Irene A. Ruiz, 75, of Beeville, formerly of Corpus Christi, passed away on Dec. 10, 2020. She was born on Sept. 18, 1945 in Vinton, Texas to the late Cruz and Rosario (Morales) Alvidrez. She married Ernesto Ruiz in May of 1963 in El Paso, Texas, who preceded her in death on April 1, 2013. She was a retired nurse.


     She is survived by one daughter, Dr. Rosie Ruiz and one son, Eddie Ruiz both of Corpus Christi, Texas. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Abe Benavides of San Antonio and Yvonne Benavides of Austin.


     Graveside services will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, Dec. 28, at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
