June C. Del Bosque

June C. Del Bosque, 55, passed away on August 7, 2023.  She was born in Beeville, Texas on June 21, 1968, to Jose and Braulia (Cavazos) Del Bosque.  She retired from a career in education after 31 years.  She was a devout catholic, having completed many religious courses and attended various spiritual retreats.

She was preceded in death by her father, nephew; Tony Ojeda III and her fur baby, Jelly Bean.

June is survived by her loving mother; two sisters Josie (Al) Hinojosa, Jr. of Corpus Christi and Judy (Steve) Garza of Beeville; half-sister Rachel (Tony) Ojeda of Beeville; two brothers Joel Del Bosque and Jason (Elsa) Del Bosque both of Beeville.  She is also survived by her nephews and nieces: Joel Z. Del Bosque, Jr. of Michigan, Alvaro (Sarah) Hinojosa, III of Corpus Christi, Jadyn Del Bosque, Jaelynn Del Bosque, Jaron Del Bosque, Jaxson Del Bosque all of Beeville and Camille (Patrick) Saenz Kieschnick of Sinton. She also leaves behind numerous family, friends and her cat Winston.

Visitation will be held from 3 -8 p.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel.  A holy rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.  Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 11, 2023, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Fr. Pete Elizardo as celebrant.  Interment will follow at Beeville Memorial Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Joel Del Bosque, Jason Del Bosque, Steve Garza, Alvaro Hinojosa, III, Lazaro Olivares, Jr.  and Robert Ortiz.

Honorary pallbearers are Al Hinojosa, Jr., Joel Z. Del Bosque, Jr. and Santos Del Bosque, Jr.
