Mrs. Jesusa G. Salinas passed away on November 30, 2021 in Beeville. She was born on December 25, 1944 in Goliad to the late Pantaleon Garcia, Sr. and Petra (Salazar) Garcia. Mrs. Salinas was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Jimmy Salinas and by her brother, Pantaleon “Lalo” Garcia, Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Salinas, Melissa Rosas and Sandra (Ronald) Baldillez; by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Friday, Dec. 3, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. A holy rosary will be recited at 7pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10am on Sat., Dec. 4, at St. James Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Berclair Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Joshua Meakins, Joshua Sampson, Jesse Guajardo, Roland Rodriguez, Pablo Salinas and Jimmy Gonzales.
