Epifanio Guerra, Jr.

MATHIS – Epifanio Guerra, Jr., 68, passed away on Aug. 27, 2021. He was born on June 15, 1953 in Beeville, Tx. He married Lucia Soto on Aug. 29, 2015 in Portland, Tx. He worked all his life in the agriculture industry as a ranch manager.

     He is preceded in death by his parents, Epifanio and Trinidad (Cervantes) Guerra; two sisters, Yolanda Castillo and Sulema Montoya and two nephews, Pedro (PJ) Montoya, Jr., and Andrew Montoya.

    He is survived by his wife, Lucia Soto; two daughters, Sara Alcozer and Marcela (Marcos) Hernandez; two sons, Daniel (Amy) Guerra, Sr., and Brandon (Tracy) Guerra; two brothers, Lupe and Joe Guerra; one sister, Olga (Roy) Guerra. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
