Derlin Gonzalez Longoria

Derlin Gonzalez Longoria, 75, was born on August 7, 1950, to Daniel Cervantes Longoria and Luisa Gonzalez Longoria in Beeville, Texas. Derlin went to be with the Lord on June 1, 2026, passing away at DHR Health Hospital in Edinburg, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Luisa Longoria and one his sister, Josie Longoria Post.

Derlin is survived by his siblings, David (Adelaida) Longoria, Daniel (Mary Lou) Longoria and Susie (Bobby) Soliz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation will be held at 4 pm on Friday, June 12, at New Hope Christian Church, 301 FM 351, Beeville, Texas. A prayer service will be held at 7 pm. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, June 13, at New Hope Christian Church with Pastor Salvador Rincon officiating. Interment will follow at Beeville Memorial Park Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are David Longoria, Jr., Charles Daniel Michael, Jacob Daniel Longoria, Richard Michael, Robert Soliz and Charles Everett Stewart.
