David "Guy" Whiteley Obituary
BEEVILLE – David “Guy” Whiteley, 59, passed away on July 31, 2023. He was born on May 21, 1964, in Fayetteville, North Carolina to James Dell and Carol Ann (Jeffers) Whiteley. He was a veteran of the U.S Army and had retired from the Bureau of Prisons in Three Rivers, Texas. He was presently working in the homeland security business.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Dell Whiteley.
He is survived by his wife, Ami Whiteley; his mother, Carol Whiteley; four children, Miranda Whiteley, JD Whiteley, Cole (Camilla) Whiteley and Addi (David) Calderon; two brothers, Thomas “Willie” (LaJon) Whiteley and Kris (Kim) Whiteley. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Destiny Whiteley, Palace Calderon, Tayve Calderon and LaLa “Little Foot” Calderon.
A visitation will be held at 9 am on Saturday, August 5, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 12:30 pm with Deacon Roger Rosenbaum officiating. Full military honors will be rendered following the services.
