Christopher Corey Briseno

AUSTIN – Christopher Corey Briseno, 34, passed away on August 21, 2023. He was born on December 12, 1988, in Beeville, Texas.

     He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandmother, Maria (Dora) Gonzales; two aunts, Oralia Trevino, and Delia Garcia and three uncles, Alfonso Briseno, Ysa Briseno and Emilio Briseno.

     He is survived by his mother, Melissa Briseno; one brother, Catlin (Stacey Davila) Briseno; two sisters, Ashley (Mac Garcia) Rodriguez and Latoya Rodriguez; grandparents, Longie (Jan) Berdan; four aunts, Mary Dominguez, Josie (Paul) Sanchez, Julie (Faustino) Medellin and Dora (Joseph) Gomez; his uncles, Jan Tracy (Tamara) Berdan, Jr., Jacob Berdan, Benny Briseno and Jimmy Briseno; one great uncle, Oliver (Anita) Esparza; nieces, Arisa, Alysa and Alaza and his nephews, Aarin Rodriguez, JJ Amador, Kobe Amador, Jadden Briseno and one great niece, Angelisa.

     A memorial visitation will be held at 5:30 pm on Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. A holy rosary will be recited at 7 pm with Deacon Roger Rosenbaum reciting.
