BEEVILLE – Chester Wayland Todd, Jr., 77, of Beeville, passed away on March 4, 2021. He was born on April 9, 1943 in Alice, Texas to Chester Wayland and Elise Ardelle (Rehmet) Todd, Sr. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and had worked for Capehart Properties.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Maria Pena Todd and his first spouse, Mary (Guttery-Todd) Benson.

He is survived by three sons, Chester Wayland (Viola Saenz) Todd III, Donald Franklin Todd and Johnny Lee Todd; three step-daughters, Rosie Cuellar, Angie (Louis) Frausto and Patricia (Eddie) Ortiz; one sister, Charladette Ardelle Adams and one brother, Reynolds Franklin Todd; grandchildren, Austin W. Todd, Jefferey A. Saenz, Stephen A. Saenz, Abigail (E.W.) Todd, Donald Todd, Brianna Torres, Hannah Torres, Christopher Gonzales, Jessica Cuellar and Gabriela Ortiz. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
