Arlene Guevara Zuchowski

CORPUS CHRISTI – Arlene Guevara Zuchowski, 51, passed away on August 11, 2022. She was born on July 6, 1971, in Port Lavaca, Texas to John and Rosa (Flores) Guevara. She married James Zuchowski on November 11, 1989, in Beeville, Texas. She worked as a medical assistant.

     She is preceded in death by her mother, Rose Guevara; maternal grandparents, Ricardo, and Sofia Flores; mother-in-law, Frances Judkins; two aunts, Linda Casarez and Ruby Soliz and two uncles, Ruben and Robert Flores.

     She is survived by her husband, James Zuchowski of Corpus Christi; one son, Christopher James Zuchowski of Corpus Christi; daughters, Mina and Ava Zuchowski both of Corpus Christi; father, John Guevara of Victoria; father-in-law, Bob Judkins of Corpus Christi; sister, Athena Guevara of Corpus Christi; brother, Peter Guevara of Kansas; two half-sisters, Nori Lynn Aguirre and Genevieve Guevara both of Corpus Christi and one half-brother, Benjamin Guevara of Beeville.

     Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Monday, August 15, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. A prayer service will be held at 7 pm. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, August 16, at Oak Park Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2.

     Serving as pallbearers are Christopher Zuchowski, Elias Beltran, Diego Beltran, Benjamin Guevara, Peter Guevara and Joe Reta.
