Antonio "Tony" Posada

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Antonio “Tony” Posada, age 69, of Beeville, Texas on February 3, 2026.

Antonio was born on December 17,1956 to Alejos Posada and Julia (Zambrano) Posada. He was a beloved Dad, Grandpa, Brother, and Son that will be deeply missed. His joy in life was being with his family and creating unforgettable memories. He prided himself on being a truck driver and retired after over 40 years on the road. In his spare time, he was known for having Diet Pepsi and either watching a good western movie or listening to country music. Although he was a simple and humble man, the impact he left on the lives of those he knew was indescribable.                                                                                                                                                                       

He was preceded in death by both of his parents, Alejos and Julia Posada, his wife Dora Alicia Perez, and daughter-in-law Rachelle (Ramon) Posada.                                                                                                                                                                 

 Antonio is survived by his sister, Petrita Posada Sinback, sister, Christina Key (Dwayne), and his brother, Ernesto Posada (Margie). He is also survived by his only son, Jeremy Alejos Posada and his grandchildren, Artesia Marie (Ramon), Rodriguez (John), JoeAngel Lee Posada (Amber), Alicia Sylvia Nicole Posada (Jeremiah), Jeremy Alejos Ramon-Posada, and Jailyn Sidney Posada.                                                                                                                                                                

 Services will be held at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Visitation will be at 3pm.  A recitation of the Holy Rosary to be held at 7 p.m.
