BEEVILLE – Andres Valencia, 90, passed away on February 17, 2024. He was born on November 10, 1933, in Inez, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Maximina Baldillez Zavala; fathers, Juan Valencia, and Juan Zavala; one sister, Porfiria Martinez; two brothers, Sotero Zavala and Ernesto Valencia and one daughter, Gloria Ann Valencia.
He is survived by two daughters, Mary Lou (Gilberto) Lara of Beeville and Elia (Brian Kelly) Stokes of Southlake, Texas; four sisters, Manuela Cumpian, Virginia Garcia, and Janie Bartlett all of Beeville and Juana (Joe) Garcia of Taylor, Texas; four grandsons, Gilberto M. Lara II (Ashley), Jeremy Scott (Lauren) Lara, Austin Andre Stokes, and Brian Alexander Stokes; three great grandsons, Caden Paul Mader, Colton Jerry Lara and Tripp Scott Lara. He is also survived by several beloved nieces and nephews.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 10 am on Friday, February 23, at the San Jacinto Cemetery in Riverdale, Goliad County, Texas.
