Alfredo M. "Roscoe" Cuellar Sr.

Alfredo M. “Roscoe” Cuellar, Sr., 71, passed away on May 20, 2024, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born on December 13, 1952, in Refugio, Texas to Rogelio and Juanita (Mora) Cuellar. He married Gloria Perez on March 24, 2012, in Beeville, Texas. He retired as an industrial construction worker.

     He is preceded in death by his parents, Rogelio and Juanita Cuellar, Sr.; two sons, Jacob Cuellar and Alfredo “Gordy” Cuellar, Jr. and one sister, Maria Salinas.

     He is survived by his wife, Gloria P. Cuellar of Beeville; three daughters, Lora (Michael) Arroyo of Austin, Ruby (Rick) Elizalde of Refugio, and Kimberly Cuellar of Corpus Christi; two sons, Jason Cuellar of Lolita, and Kendrick Cuellar of Corpus Christi; his stepchildren, Jessica (Damacio) Ayala, Lisa (Eli) DeHoyos and Lee (Malorie) Gutierrez; two brothers, Rogelio (Irma) Cuellar, Jr. of Alice and Ruben (Martha) Cuellar, Sr. of Beeville and one sister, Maribel (Matias) Serrata of Beeville; daughter-in-law, Nancy Cuellar of Beeville; brother-in-law, Domingo Salinas, Sr. of Beeville; grandchildren, Allayson, Dionicio IV, Jacob, Haley G., Demi, Abram, Haley T., Richard, and Chloe; great grandchildren, Zuxiden, John, Josiah, Alvia and Andrea; step grandchildren, David, Alexis, Michael, Kayla, Damacio, Zoey, Lucas, Leland, Ezra and twelve step great grandchildren.

     A visitation will be held at 8:30 am on Saturday, May 25, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. A rosary will be recited at 10:30 am with funeral services following at 11:00 am with Fr. Jacob Vayalath officiating. Cremation services will follow.
