Jesus Tapia Obituary

BEEVILLE – Jesus G. Tapia, 70, of Beeville, died on May 2, 2019. He was born on March 24, 1949 in Beeville, Tx to Jose G. and Anita (Garcia) Tapia, Jr. He had worked as brick layer during his life.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Robert Tapia and Jose (Joe) G. Tapia.

He is survived by one brother, Eloy (Belinda) Tapia of Beeville and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 4-9 pm on Sunday, May 5, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. A rosary will be recited at 7 pm. The body of Mr. Tapia will lie in repose at 9 am on Monday, May 6, at St. James Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 am with Fr. Jacob Valayath officiating. Interment will follow at the Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2.
