Eufemio (Feme) Montez, 86, of Sun City, California died Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Upland Hospital after a long illness. He was born in Beeville, Texas on March 20, 1925 . He was preceded in death by his wife, Adela Rios Montez of San Angelo, Tx. February of this year., His parents: Emilio and Micaela Montez, His step-father: Pilar Olvera, Brothers: Antonio, Santiago,Domingo, Esmerijildo,Guadalupe Montez and Sister Trinidad M. Garcia.
He is survived by his sister, Ofilia Olvera Loya(Derlin) of Beeville,Tx. , In addition to his sister, he is survived by his sons George, Robert, & John Richard., Daughters: Maria Elva Munoz and Mary Alice Diaz, all of California. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces of The Montez, Garcia, Arriola, Pastrano & Loya Families. A Memorial Service will be held at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel in Beeville, Tx. on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. with Father Richard Officiating. Inurnment Services will be in California.
