Baudelia Hi bbett Obituary

BEEVILLE – Baudelia Salazar Hibbett, 74, died on Nov. 3, 2019. She was born in Beeville, Tx on Mar. 19, 1945 to Jose P. and Trinidad (Salinas) Salazar. She was a retired housekeeper.

       She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Estella Peloquin; one brother, Ramon Salazar; two nieces and two nephews.

       She is survived by four daughters, Molly Bates of Brandford, FL., Arda Marie (Tony) Wannerton and Erica Jellison both of Okeechobee, FL and Laura May Scott of Stuart, FL; seven sisters, Maria Elena Stiles, Guadalupe (Leo) Alvarado, Anita (Ernesto) DeLuna, Emma (Frank) Cunningham, San Juanita Boyles, Dora Alicia Salazar and Lydia (Kenneth) Jarrie; three brothers, Jose Salazar, Jr., Rafael (Elvira) Salazar and Armando (Rose) Salazar; sister-in-law, Josie Salazar. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

       Visitation will be held from 3:30 – 9 pm on Thursday, Nov. 7, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. A rosary will be recited at 7 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 am on Friday, Nov. 8, at Our Lady of Victory Church with Fr. Luke as celebrant. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2.

       Serving as pallbearers are Norma Stiles-Cuellar, Rachelle Rivas, Bernard Stiles, Jr., William Halcomb, Ernesto DeLuna, Jr., Ricky Peloquin, Leo Alvarado and Randy Peloquin.
